Foot patrolling is an effective strategy to conserve forest landscapes from illegal human activities and to collect biodiversity data while walking. The beat guard has a 170 km foot patrol target in their beats. In the NTR landscape, the beat guard is achieving this target twice a month, demonstrating dedication to forest and wildlife conservation.
